Plain terms for a plain service. These describe how we work; they are not legal advice, and nothing here is a substitute for your own.
What you get
We put questions to our panel of AIs, write down what they answer, and send you a page about it. On a paid plan we do that every month. The first page is free and yours to keep, whether or not you ever buy anything.
What we measure, and what we cannot promise
AI changes its answers. Two people asking the same question on the same day can be told different things, and what AI says next month is not ours to control. So we tell you what we were told and when we were told it. We do not promise a position, a placement, or a number going up.
Everything that affects your score is free. Everything you pay for is help. Paying us does not change what your page says about you, and it never will.
Our method
The method is published on our How the score works page, with a version number. It is the same for everyone. If we change how it works, the version changes and the change is dated on that page. You can ask us for the raw answers behind your own score at any time, and we will send them.
Corrections
If something we published about your business is wrong, tell us and we will fix it within five business days. That is free, whether you are a customer or not.
Paying, and stopping
Plans are month to month and bill in advance through Stripe. Cancel whenever you like at getrecommendable.com/cancel; reports stop at the end of the month you have paid for, and we do not pro-rate a part month.
Your material
Your business name and website stay yours. The page we make is yours to use however you like, including showing it to somebody else. We may say we work with you only if you tell us we may.
Where we stand if something goes wrong
We are a small company selling a report. If we get something wrong, what we owe you is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months. We do not take on your lost business, and we do not take on decisions you made after reading a page of ours.
